Interpret data related to rates of change over time (including, but not limited to, percentage change, births, deaths, house prices, and unemployment) when given in graphical form. Calculate and interpret
rates of change over time from tables using context specific formula.

Making predictions using rates of change formulae is expected,
e.g.
crude birth rate = (number of births x 1000) / total population
standardised birth rate = (crude rate/1000) × standard population
